I have booked the room for five days with my wife. Beds ended up comfortable and the space was normally clean. Staff members were being quite helpful and pleasant and always took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are large along with the closet. Bathroom have been clean and the shower was wonderful. Not an incredibly social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.

This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the staff at the reception were there at every hrs. The beds have been comfortable and the other guests have been generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was off and on, maybe my mistake using it. Stayed for 2 days with my wife. Beds were being comfy and the room was always clean up. The personnel were quite useful and welcoming and every day made us feel like home. Rooms are large as well as the closet. Bathroom have been clean plus the shower was super cool. Not a very social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.

I have stayed for seven nights with my fiance. Beds ended up cozy and the room was constantly clean. The staff were pretty helpful and friendly and always made us feel good. Rooms are big along with the closet. The bathroom have been pretty clean plus the shower was wonderful. Not an exceptionally social hotel at least during our stay.

Me and my wife stayed at the hotel for five nights to discovering the city. Holiday Inn Helsinki West – Ruoholahti is found in a very central situation, it is clean plus the beds are really cozy! There is just one factor I’d recommend going ahead and that’s to provide extra hotel amenities, shower gel specifically. Overall, We were very pleased with this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone trying to visit Helsinki.
